1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
2. What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. bbonita is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
3. How long does order processing take?
